I wanted to get the apple watch for my mother as it has the slip and fall detector and alert.

  @Aakash_Hangargi Probably similar to the “shake to undo typing” feature. It’s why iphones are not good to use as GPS devices on motorcycle handlebars. They are super sensitive to movements.

  I am not understanding the use case here like it can't prevent you from falling but it will mock you you have fallen at this time or you are going to fall i mean if you are about to fall you will know if you don't want watch to tell you that you are falling?

  @Aakash_Hangargi It’s not supposed to prevent a fall. It’s supposed to alert another person of the person wearing the watch should they fall. Elderly, someone recovering, etc.

  What if some naughty elderly person shakes it rigorously bc they wanted to see test you or just play with you lol 🤣 is there a old child lock on it 😂
