    Usually, those discount imsurers are third-party who shop you around (quickly, but that's true). Insurance is fine to be frugal with insurance, but you should go with the cheapest National carrier.

    If you go with a lesser insurance company you will comply with the laws you need to in order to drive, but neither you or the other person will not be taken care of if there is an accident.
