How many of you use Quora? I have been using Quora for many years now. What do you think of it?

There are all kinds of answers on Quora. That site is more of a professional kind of G@G. You see really amazing answers for college students, CSE students, etc.

I once searched for 'Amazon's loss if I cancel the order or the seller's loss?'

Immediately within 48 hours of posting the question, I got replies from people claiming to be sellers on Amazon. They explained every aspect of the order from storage in the warehouse to it reaching me. I was very thankful for their answers.

When I was in 12th, I was not able to get around Thevenin's theorem in physics. Quora helped me there. The original answer was taken from another site. But the user had inserted his commentaries in the answer which actually made it quite easy for me to understand the whole concept. The comments were more helpful than the website's answer.

I think highly of that website. Even though, I don't visit it that much. Because I get exactly what I need from that site every time I give it a visit. Just like I get valuable insights from many amazing people here.

I hate Quora! It has a lot of trolls and bigots. My experience there was terrible, so I deleted my account. Besides it was some weird posts that gave me nightmares.

I get notifications from quora every day. There’s some really good content, depending on the categories you pick. But I get sucked down the rabbit hole so often that I had to limit my involvement. There’s not enough time in the day to run after every question. So I chose GAG as my favorite place to waste my time. And chat with a few quality people from around the world

Quora used to be good. Now it's just MLM's and trolls.

I regularly read answers on Quora, especally concerning American History. However, I do notice that Quora seems to have more of a problem with trolls than does G@G.

I agree! I don't use Quora on a regular basis, but I do peruse it from time to time, and I find it quite enlightening!
