The point of a private message is to keep it private, so if you screenshot it and never show it to anyone, it still remains private, so it's fine in my opinion. As long as you keep it to yourself as intended it's all good.

Yes, it is. You can save that screenshot somewhere safe so that you can look at it later. Just thinking about it gives hope, right? As in, what the other person may have been thinking and all?

Id say it is innocent anyways. The issue is if you show it to someone and show the other persons name or whatever without their permission.

Actions (taking a SS) comes after a thought (the reason). And if that reason is innocent, it's innocent. Otherwise not.
