I don't think it is no. That's like taking a photo in public without their permission & knowledge. I always ask a person if I can take a picture. I know at one of my aunt's re-wedding I wouldn't take random photos of people there unless I asked them (even though I was asked to). I just didn't see it as ok to do. Plus, why take a picture of someone eating when they can pose for you instead?

Understandable. But no, it's not ok. You sent that to him as a private matter. For him to screen shot it, shows a breach of implicit trust and discretion.

I view it as public space.
It's not illegal to take pictures of people when they're in a public space.
I can be nice and delete it if you ask me, but I am not required to by law.
In this case what you can do is place a restraining order on me, and the equivalent would be blocking the person who took the screenshot.

If their picture is in the public domain I don't see why not, or if they're streaming or whatever. I'm sure people do it all the time.
