There's a million reasons why it would not be working. Might be a software issue. Depends on what you're plugging it into. If it's into a standard TV then your TV might not support it. If it's in a PC then you might need to update the drivers.
Check its connecting via bluetooth and pair. If it's not, then plug it into HDMI and see if it switches source. If still not, then it's gubbed.
