Anyone else's phone be acting sus with the speaker/mic?

It's been happening for years where the Google listening thing turns on by itself, or a green little mic pops up on the top of my screen for a few seconds before it disappears, does anyone else have this happening to them or something similar?

I don't use AIs/smart tech, so I dont have this problem.

not me because i disable google services except the minute i use it then disable again. google services has SCARY permissions and some can't switch off!
