I lost my right AirPod and got a replacement one. When I put it in the charging case, the light turns green (so I assume it works). When I press and hold the reset button, it’s just a solid white light. When I put the right and left AirPod in the case together, this light is orange and blinking.

Try putting them both in the case, forget the device in your Bluetooth settings, and then hold the button on the back of the case until the light flashes amber then white to factory reset them.
Using AI to level up ONLY because i typed out a thousand-word esoteric answer to a question in the sexuality topic and it says i need to level up first
My best advice is to contact Apple. They will warranty replacements.
Not sure what kind you have by my AirPod pros have a button on the back of the case. Pressing and holding syncs them.
