Are AirPods good?

Anyone who owns them, loves them. I think the big issue is the price point. Especially now, there are so many companies putting out wireless products that are amazing with a cheaper price point. It just becomes buying the apple product to say you have it.
I don’t own apple headphones. I used Beats wireless however, my sibling does and they enjoy them very much. They just don’t sit flush to my ears without my having to literally drill them inside.

So I have the airpods and Apple Watch I get annoyed because they can never last 2 days like they always die. If I forget to charge them and I head to the gym I’m mad🙃 so I always carry regular headphones.

I have a android user and I wanted to experience true wireless so I bought bose earbuds first and now sony WF 1000xm3

Airpods work well with iphone and its case is very handy but if you consider sound quality they are no match with above two I mentioned

I don't know a single person who bought one and thinks they're bad. As you're not likely to ask this question if you're a studio professional who needs absolute pristine quality, for you, AirPods will be great.

Not a fan of anything apple, they aren't a tech company so much as they are a "tech lifestyle" brand. I just got a pair of "Bone Conduction Open-Ear Bluetooth Headphones" from Amazon and I've really enjoyed them. Seems like it would be really easy to lose an airpod and they are fairly overpriced compared to the competition. I can;t speak to the sound quality as I've never owned any airpods, and I don't expect to any time soon.

Being that I have worked for Apple in the past in a tech dev role, I now wouldn't touch an Apple product with a barge pole.
The majority of professional tech people don't use Apple products because they know how bad they really are.

I hated mine and returned them.

For me, they fit way worse than the original AirPods (which, for me, were a great fit). After 10 minutes they actually started to hurt my ears. On top of that the ANC was really disappointing.

If you want some low effort and overpriced piece of shit that can't even stay in your ear if you bend your head because apple is so damn cheap.

I had a pair, never used them. Lost them on a trip because I thought I was going to use them.

They get dirty very soon and you can't clean them like other earplugs with silicone sleeve.
