Depends what you want to do.

For many things your phone is enough,
like emails,
surfing the web,
streaming videos (if you also have a tv with chrome cast stick or are happy with the small screen),
music (espacially with bluetooth speaker)

If you want to do more, i would suggest you get either a tablet (the bigger screen helps a lot), or a windows notebook.

I never understood why people spend 1500€ (for the cheapest one) on a macbook, for this price i can get a high end PC.

I’d say so.

My MacBook Air has probably been the single best electronic device purchase I’ve ever made.

I’ve had it for 8 years, and it’s still running well.

It’s super reliable, and it doesn’t get super slow and overheat like crazy in 3-4 years like most PCs.

I’d rather buy 1 new MacBook than need to cycle through 3 new pc laptops.

It’s not the best for gaming, but if you’re doing work or art or anything productive, or really anything that’s not gaming, it works great. 👌

Do not get a apple for every day use. You can buy a PC at half the price and do everything and more than a over priced mac. Unless your a pro music video editor.. then maybe. If not, do not get one just to be part of the cult. Get what's more better priced for your needs .

Yes. Simple because getting a virus is rare a Mac is best for non intensive and more personal use. However for work or gaming, a pc is way better in terms of versatility and overall performance

  Basically windows is faster, more room for improvement, more customizable, affordable in the short and long term (most windows help is free whereas most apple help is not) , and lasts much longer.
