you brought up a serious problem... no other option, but not deleted just hard to get to.

despite when opening the mail they demanded another mail, still for recovery or even just to log in again, they do not ask that and they compel and coerce people to give their phone number.

such unnecessary coercion seems to be google way of spying. i only use gmail for job kuz they use it but most of my emailing is with a different one. for now try the one called: mail dot com for most emails except when job required as above.

with your email-adress/pasword in a browser on any computer? also usually you'd have a backup mail adress to start the password recovery process.
