How do you undone a google email message? unfortunately I’ve forgot to change my real last name on that account & now that person knows my full name?

There's no way to undo a google email. In fact, most email systems have difficulty doing that. Sure, Outlook let's you unsend an email, but only if you do it fast enough, before the receiver opens it.

That is also misleading information. Unsend works within the same email system. Like if you send it to a coworker outside an email you can unsend. But outside of its own system it rarely works. Foreign email systems usually dont respect it even if unopened.
