Which one has better bass sound. What do you think?

Both don't have a jack connector to connect external devices per jack cable. This is a huge minus in my opinion. Bluetooth compresses sound and the signal runs at least two times over digital-analog converter that's why music sounds not especially good on wireless headphones, even more expensive ones which don't have inbuilt cheapest and most energy efficient class D amplifiers like low priced ones.
For 160$ you can buy wired Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80 Ohm which are on the market and in studios since more than 40 years because they are good.

the sony’s are good

Phillips has come along way in the last 5 years and improved their game/quality whereas I think Sony tends to live off their name, rather than improve on their technology. Just my two cents worth.
