Yup before iphones, before ipods, before the mac, there was the Apple II
We had them at school when I was in 1st and 2nd grade. I forget if it was Oregon or Yukon trail that was on there. My first laptop was so used it only had two floppy drives rather than a hard drive, a word processor, and weighed about 35 lbs lol.

No, we had them in elementary school. Which we got to use in the weekly computer labs.
At home we had an AST Premium/286. Really quite a bit more powerful than the Apple II line (except maybe the IIgs). With EGA graphics, 286 10Mhz, 1-2MB RAM (I think it was a base 640K and an additional 512K), 20MB HDD, dual 1.2MB floppies and color dot matrix printer. It was really nice for the mid 80s. Which my dad used when working from home and matched his office computer. I just screwed around with it, learning DOS, and played games on it.
No my parents started pretty late in the online world. They waited as long as they could until they introduced a computer in our home. My dad bought a laptop for work and for my school stuff when I was 14/15 so that had Windows Vista. I got introduced to Windows XP though but through the school multimedia system.
It's the first time I'm seeing it. I've never heard of them before and no, my parents never owned one.
No. Here the Commodore 64 (and after that the Amiga) ruled.
I doubt it. I think they held out until the late 90s/early 2000s before even getting one.
I've never even heard of the Apple II computer before.
We had one, was one of our 1st computers.
I didn't get a computer until 10 years ago.
