About zero minutes on most days. If talking or texting my daughter then about ninety minutes. Waiting for my wife then about a hour on paying games.

Screen time on PC, 8-10 hours a day for work. Another 4 hours a day off work. On the phone, perhaps 3-4 hours a week.
