Someone said this shows up when money is transferred via mobile phone or web, but I've never used web or mobile banking in my life, nor have I transferred credit to anyone. But I also read that usually when this is the case, the word "Mobile" or "Web" shows up after the "PAYMENT THANK YOU", but mine doesn't have that. It just says, "PAYMENT THANK YOU", then has a negative dollar amount next to it.
Anyone know what's going on here?

It should refer to making a payment on what you owed from the previous month.
Any payment of your bill may say this, regardless of the payment method. If the amount matches the amount of your last payment, you are good.
I don't remember. I don't keep track of that stuff
Ok gotcha
Call your credit card company. Ask them.
I don't want to, because last time I did they directed me to someone else, and then that person directed me to someone else. I don't have the patience for this shit
