I have to buy a new one because my old phone got water inside and died but i can use a cellphone for many years

I’ve had my current one for almost a year, my last phone I had for 4 years and the phone before that I had for 3 years.

About a year ago, I had to swap out my i6s for a used i8 because the i6 only had 3G and Apple was discontinuing 3G service.
