How can you change our IP adress?

Everytime i make an account on reddit they suspend it. If i make an account from a different location will my IP adress change?

You cannot change the IP address from the SERVER, even if you change your Router/Modem, Computer, tablet, phone, wifi, your ISP will have the Same IP address, assigned to your Property, so that IP address will still be with you, no matter what. You can call them, and ask them to Assign You with a New Ip/Server Address. Only then you might be able to Bypass, your "blockage".

Maybe just take the hint and not go on reddit? I believe each device has it's own IP address. Your phone/computer/tablet should all have different ones.

I use a Norton VPN. My inlaws have Norton on their home PC and up to 5 devices can use it.

Unless you have a static IP your address changes all the time, just reboot your router.
