Pretty good :) I have a lot more things I wanna work on but I try also to appreciate what I have and I've had a lot of good times this year :). And also made a lot of progress :) I'm still getting used to time going by so quickly. I had a longer childhood mentally than most people so the everyday life with obligations and then you look back and so much time has gone by already it's crazy. But thankfully this year I will have good memories to remember.

Last year I was escaping from a toxic situation and had to move and I had so much administrative work to do it was insane and I was just trying to chip away at this mountain of work that had piled up while I was in a place where I couldn't be productive at all. But now I'm enjoying life there's still a lot of work but it feels like I'm up to date with the work now and I take care of things when they come in and then I can relax and I'm not overwhelmed.

And I went on two small trips in July and I have another big international one planned in December January which I haven't done since 2019. So everything is going in the right direction I guess :) I also switched therapists because I felt like my last one had helped me as much as he could and we weren't getting anywhere anymore and I'm optimistic for the new therapy and really looking forward to setting new goals and working on them and I think it will be great for me :).

I have been very busy. i did lots of work on my house and saved some money. I fixed a health issue I had and I got s raise at work. I never got a vacation and my workouts have been inconsistent.

Not good nor bad. It's been a pretty boring year so far. I'm anticipating 2024 will be much better for me. I'll have more money to do more things as I'm gonna start saving up for next year.
