I've been scammed out of some money and I filled out the FBI's paperwork. They asked for the person's IP address but I was unable to provide it.
The website is www.webulltradingbot.com and I have emails from them. But the emails don't reveal the IP address.
Also, when I read about IP addresses, they can be easily changed by resetting the router.

It is 103.224.182.242 for webulltradingbot. com
But don't think it's going to make a difference to the FBI report.
Best thing you can do is talk to your bank and hopefully get the money back.
So the FBI doesn't have the ability to find out who owns the Crypto website, webulltradingbot. com, that scams people out of their money?
There is a website https://www.nslookup.io/ where you put in the name of the website and you get the DNS record including IP addresses.
Haven't have a clue
