Where I have my summer house I do not have internet so when I want to check my email i take my laptop to the public library and sit on the bench in front and surf the web.

no there isn't. and if there was, i wouldn't use it, cause free wifi is super vulnerable to sniffing attacks.

it's really easy to intercept wireless communication between your phone and the "free wifi router" and get very vital information out of this. for example a friend of mine exposed her amazon account data and her credit card data by using amazon on a free train wifi. for someone in the field, it's really easy to just read the data sent back and forth and identify vital information.
