Has anyone else had any bad experiences with either Apple App Store? Or google? Purchasing?

When I was with android google play store, they never charged me randomly but Apple charges me out of nowhere. For example- 2 weeks ago I played a game on App Store and I made purchases. I got receipts right away and checked my bank it was correct and I paid it but when I think it’s all done and never made anymore purchases I get random fees charged ☹️ 2-3 weeks later. Even small fees. But I know 100 percent I didn’t play that game for 2 weeks they charged me nor did I make a purchase.

A couple of years ago I was going to buy my wife an iPad for her birthday. I went to the local Apple store and they had a security guard that told me I needed a mask. I was vaccinated and was all done with masks. I told the guard that I had my vaccination card. He said I said i still need a mask. i told him I will go someplace else and buy a different tablet.
