the top one has shorter controllers. you can tell by lining up the top screws. it hits different than where the top screws are on the bottom one

although it could just be perspective of how the picture was taken. but in my opinion the top one looks pretty different from the bottom one, i can see a few slight differences. the top of the controller oval shapes are different too

There definitely is, i held both n my fingers were too painful for the bottom one. My mum just didn't believe me

Outward appearance, the grips are definitely different, and the plastic is shiny on one and not on the other. I'm guessing the bottom one is real, made by Nintendo, and the top one is a knock-off fake, made in some garage in China.

Yes i tried my brother s n its too big for me. Mum even measured but its the grip that makes it bigger

I can't tell a difference from the pictures.

Also these are just the plastic grips, you need joycons for them to work anyway.
