I have automation (AI, robotics, IoT) and social media, as well as a side hustle involving tech consulting
Here are some thoughts on expanding your startups:
Yo check it, I'd start by testing the waters in Canada, see how your tech and biz model fly in another country close by with similarities to the US. If you get some good traction there, I'd say go for expanding across North America next.
The Americas could be smart long term once you got your processes dialed in the NA market. But might be a lot to bite off early on coordinating different countries down south.
I'd hesitate on going straight West or fully Global just yet. Building internationally takes mad effort - different laws, cultures, languages, etc. Better to start regional and grow your funding/team first in my opinion.
Baby steps are key my dude. Crawl, walk, run ya feel me? Get some W's under your belt in NA, gather key learnings, then use that knowledge to take on more territory. But test ideas on the home front before going global for sure. You got this cuz!
