My mom uses a mac because she bought into the marketing or something and then she expects me to solve her problems for her. I grew up with windows because my dad used it and I've used it all my life too so how am I going to solve your problems now. I give her some advice basic stuff but I can't And my "not girlfriend atm but we still get along well I don't know what to call it" she uses a mac because she's a designer and artistic and stuff. Then I introduced her to adblockers because she never heard of them and today she says oh this movie website is full of ads then I said oh well I guess you need a different adblocker then she says I stopped using it because youtube wasn't working anymore. Now she expects me to solve these problems for her from a different country on a different system I was like figure it out yourself. I always find what I need on windows.
Don't get me wrong there were some features I did like on her mac book but I just think it's ridiculous when you intentionally buy a product because you want to be "different" but then you come to me like your paying me a apple service charge and I should already be done fixing your problem.
