German cars have a more consistent design language, because they use a lead designer who puts his signature into all models of that generation. Japanese manufacturers seem to design every model individually, at least for the longest time. I like German car design better, that doesn’t mean that some Japanese cars aren’t stunning, like the Nissan Z370 or the Lexus Coupé.
It depends on the era in my opinion. If we are talking early 2000 and before i would say Japan with the likes of the skylines, silvas, evos, nsx, supras, g35/37, rx-7, but now i see more and more German vehicles being driven and the shapes have taken quite a change with the rabbits, amg, a4, and the street bullies 335i, m4,
All cars look the same to me but I’d pick a toyota over a bmw not bc of its looks but because it’ll be pretty much guaranteed to last for 300,000 miles and bmws are all driven by assholes anyway

Of course it's Japanese cars. They are much more easy on the eye... The only two German brands with any semblance of style are Porsche and BMW, with Mercedes only getting it right with the limousines.
German cars tend to push the design side of things. A lot of Japanese cars tend to be more functional, some have a decent look, however the likes of Porsche do come out with a lovely looking vehicle.
They look the same to me.
Neither. Italian cars are more for the aesthetics.
German cars are more for the functionality, where Japanese are more for the economy.
Italian designs are fantastic, no doubt, buy many models are an expensive hobby. Build problems, reliability problems, supply chain problems... And I don't even want to know how much American stealerships are able to fudge up an Italian V8 motor.
Most cars today are too similar to tell what brand or country its from.
Beautiful? They all look the same. As far as engines…I’d say Japanese. Though 70% of Toyota is based in the US. Lol
I always buy American.
Can i take both of them? :D
No car is beautiful.
