With AI you could appear to be in extremely comprising situations and there is no way to prove it’s not real. Should all AI creations be required to be watermarked with a visible stamp?

No. I work in the field of architecture, and using AI as a tool for generating ideas, the more real and natural, the better. I also have taken my renders and used AI to further help me. But I dont like it when people claim that their AI image is real. :-/

That would work just as well as fluorescent dyes in artificial diamonds, gun control, or the war on drugs. Laws like that only work to limit people that follow the law already. Criminals don't care about the law.

No. Just like any counterfeit product it is still a counterfeit no matter how "close" it matches the original.

Yes. Example: Someone comes up with a realistic deep fake video of Biden saying he'll slash social security and legalize pedophilia, and the GOP won't even question it's authenticity.

Same thing could be said if it were of Trump. The dems could not question it.

I don't care... you still can distinguish... of course, it soon won't be distinguishable anymore, but what would it change? Even now, pics are taken without consent, so what if an AI generates them? People soon stop believing them
