Not on any of those. I just don't know where I would find time to update social media doo-hickies.😂
If I have time, I'm either going for a kayak, boat-ride, mountain bike or fishing. I already spend enough screen time on here and at work writing reports.

Of those 3, I guess Facebook (I'm guessing that's what you meant) although I rarely ever spend any time there. I've never been in IG and found Twitter absolutely pointless once I first signed on about 20 years ago. I think I've used it MAYBE twice, since then.

I barely use Twitter for world and national news, and Facebook for local stuff.
Most of what I'd post is on instagram, and it's just flowers and animals I see on my walks. Nothing about myself.
