Should I leave the US over the summer heat being too much? And if so where to go?

I was born and raised in the US (close to the Canadian border), I only speak English and I've tried and failed to learn other languages. I've never been to another country before, but I'm unable to adapt to this type of climate, and am more adapted for the types of summers and winters that the 1990s presented.

There are countries that have much colder summers, but none of them are particularly standing out to me in terms of every other factor when choosing where to live. There are some that interest me regardling lifestyle, culture, or laws, but these are all in warm or hot climates, and I need the cold.

I feel like I don't have a proper home, like an exotic pet kept in the wrong type of enclosure.
I like big cities, technology, video games, living a nerdy and artsy lifestyle, so I thought about just staying indoors 24/7, but today's air conditioners are very weak (I understand why freon was banned, but it was a much stronger refridgerant, so it leaves me in a an unfortunate predicament, as with today's air conditioners, they are running full blast all day and still its 75 to 80 degrees in the house).

I've tried to figure out how to stay cool in the summer but nothing is working and I'm miserable and unsure what to do.

A 60 degree summer metropolis that speaks English would be ideal.

Go to the Southern Hemisphere and avoid summer altogether. I was in Australia in July once and it was coolish but not too cold, kind of like a Southern California winter. And they speak (a version of) English. Or New Zealand. Or South America.

Those are hot zones, i need 60 degree summers.

It is NOT their summer when it is up here. July is WINTER there. If you want a place where it never gets very warm AND they speak English, try Nunavut. Or Point Barrow, AK.

It used to be Seattle fit that description most of the year, but they've had heat waves the last decade or so. The north coast of California and coastal Oregon and Washington are generally pretty mild in the summer as they adjoin the cold Pacific.

Have you considered Canada?

Yes that was the first one I considered because I hate flying, its colder, and its literally right next to me, but they make immigration very difficult and I'm not a fan of how they run things from a political and legal viewpoint.

The second one I considered was Japan, because culturally thats the best fit, but geographically its awful and its immagration rules are even more strict than Canada's.

What about the Seattle area? I live there. Summers are pretty mild. There are a few hot days, but it's never hot and humid.

Alaska is too rural, I prefer metropolises, washington has a volcano.

Also washington state gets just as hot as where I am in the summer, I need summers that stay in the 60s (F)

The 60’s is a little too cold for me, but close I would love a place that is about 72 degrees all year long. I hope you have luck in finding your dream place.

72 is way too hot for me.

My wife is this way also (72 is to hot), so since i have the thermostat set at 72 she has the fan on. Still cheaper this way, but maybe not lol

Yeah I need high 50s to low 60s to be comfortable.
