there's two possible options...

either, you're house is haunted by a digital ghost, or... your computers/network is infected by one of those annoying pop-up virus/malware that keep telling you everything is absolutely wrong with your devices

so... either, get a good technician to go to your place and check your entire network and computers in person

or call an exorcist

I have a feeling I'm cursed. I've had SO MANY bizarre issues with my computers over the years!! I've had various tech guys try to deal with them and even THEY never heard of this kind of shit happening!!
