What's the catch with the free wifi vote?

So if you are in the US and got the voting thing, you probably saw the vote for free wifi, what's their catch? Will they be limiting our wifi use? Highering the electricity bill? I doubt they are doing it from the bottom of their hearts lol

I never heard anyone complaining about wifi, so it seems to be their idea but maybe I'm wrong lol.

It won't affect your electricity bill; Wifi doesn't consume much power. The idea is that internet access is too important to be controlled by a very few companies.

Yea true, it shouldn't effect it but the US isn't much on charging you what something is worth, they love to overcharge so I'm not surprised if they tried it lol
