Yes I know there is life away from your internet. I'm talking about the fact when internet goes down and customers are left without internet for hours, sometimes days and they still make us pay the full bill.
Out internet goes down multiple times a month, internet provider always acknowledges the fault is on their end, yet they never give us a discount for them leaving us without internet for days.

Yeah, that's whack that your internet goes down all the time but they still make you pay. For sure they should give you something back when it's their fault. I mean, internet's like a utility now, lots of stuff doesn't work without it. And they're charging you each month to have it, so if it's not there then they shouldn't get full price.
I reckon they should have to give a refund for every day it's out. Or at least some percentage of your bill discounted depending on how long you went without. Like if it's a day, maybe 10% off or something. A few days, like 20% off or more. That'd make it fairer when they mess up.
They're making bank charging us each month, they can afford to throw us a bone now and then when the connection craps out. Might even make them try fix it faster if it means losing money! Next time it happens, you should tell them you want a refund. Threaten to switch providers unless they start doing something to make up for it. Bet they'll be more motivated to sort their crap out then!
I totally agree, I've had my internet service go down for 24 hrs once.
I think they do. At least ours does
It's not very common
