Why are my instagram posts being liked by O. F accounts if I don't use the app but have searched things related to the content?

( I'm not 46 , I swear LOL. I created this account when I was underage and I had to put it as that to get past the system. I was young and dumb and Had no idea it would actual show up on my profile. Really dumb footnote worth noting.) I noticed on my ig that most of my posts are liked by accounts of O. F (on*yfans) girls with links in their profiles to their actual O. F account. There were only a few , but all of them had things in common with each other pertaining to my niche fetish to a T. Is there such a correlation between these accounts and what I look up on ig? If I look up p*rn on another platforms or something relating to it , can it connect to my instagram? And have these situations happened with anyone else by mistake or with reason?
