Does anyone else think aliexpress has shitty customer service compared to amazon or ebay?

Yes but when you're paying so much less you have to be willing to trade off. Plus for many items you're dealing with outside sellers, and who the hell knows who they are. I stick with brand name stuff on Ali Express and I've never been disappointed. I would worry about off-brand items, who knows what those are. I just got a $70 Anker phone charger for $20 with free shipping, so you' can do really well on there. I had to return one thing because I found something better and the return process was fast and easy, they didn't even make me wait until it got back to China, just refunded me as soon as the post office here scanned the package.
