Can someone help me identify the online chat box?

Found an image on my spouse’s phone and it looks like he was in an online chat / call. Can someone identify the website the call was on? The xxx video was found on erome.

In the image I found it looked like he was watching a video on erome then in the corner there was a square video call with the icons - a light blue box with a white microphone, a purple icon, and a pink icon.

I can’t post the picture for obvious reasons but if someone is pretty sure they can identify / gives a good lead, I’ll send them *more* details.

Sorry, to clear things up. I want to confirm if the online call was from erome or something different.

Impossible to say without seeing the chat box. But first things that come to mind are Skype and Discord, as they are blue, and profile icons can be any colour that the profile owners choose, so that could be the pink & purple. Skype is blue and white, and discord can be blue and white unless you go ‘dark mode’, making it blue and grey.
