Earlier tonight I had my Internet service shutted down due to poor weather conditions (extreme winds) which also affected my TV services since the Internet is also linked to it, and the Internet recently went back but now since my TV remote doesn’t work, only the Power and volume works, then the another buttons doesn’t, is it cause of that or the remote is dead, and any solutions to resolve this?

Weather will do that. It is annoying, but you have to deal with it during bad storms.
