People in their 30s and 40s, do you ever feel like we're just kind of cruising compared to the other age groups with technology?

We got to grow up socializing without technology early on and learned to integrate it into our already more outgoing lifestyles without it taking over. Got to see social media evolve (or devolve) into the dumpster fires they've become.

There are outliers of course, but I feel like I see far more negative interactions from the other age groups, even among themselves. The older age group wants to be heard more than listen but refuse to figure out technology to be heard more. Younger people are so dependent on technology that they have no idea how to socialize without it and often suck at it.

I apologize if this caused some semantic satiation, the word "technology" looks funny to me now. But, thoughts?
