I have been working with AI for a few years now, I also subscribe a few solutions...

the problems the AI world tries to solve are resources... human brain uses glucose as energy provider and makes a huge number of operations per second... it sorts out signals coming from outside, analyzes internal body state, maintains body balance, creates memories, memorize information, manages short and long term memory, processes emotions, manages many hormones, etc... it's happening at the same time, every second of our lives...

if you use chatGPT or any solution like DeepSeek available for "everyone" you can be sure that instance you have access to has limited resources such as CPU cores and memory... for instances creating images you need GPUs too

so publicly accessible models have not enough resources to really "solve" the problem you give them... they are also set to not bring up any problems they spotted during creating answer for your question... as they have not enough memory and CPU they can't really invent things, so they build answers from blocks already created by someone... they also can't keep offered solution in the memory and only fix it if you ask for a change... no... they will recreate the whole solution from the scratch...

so the computing power is a biggest problem to solve... and it grows exponentially and still is not enough to make AI work

they can build one instance and connect it to the farm of servers to check if AI is able, having enough computing force, achieve some goal... but such resources aren't accessible on daily basis...

also... AI is already used in medicine... it checks RTG images, MRT scans, etc... and it always must be checked by human, as AI still makes mistakes of not spotting problems or spotting them in a healthy tissue... so there is no risk of taking doctors and medical technicians away anytime soon :D I would even say, we will need more experienced medics to teach AI...

in education human touch, compassion and understanding are crucial... especially if we teach kids... also no AI will replace experienced architect or doctor selling their learned by experience life hacks to their students... what we can learn alone we already have available in form of online courses, so here we can probably can enhance it a bit using AI...

AI is good in simple, repetitive tasks... it's good in finding and assembling information, it's pretty good in translating, and definitely better than other translators like google... but still makes mistakes... a lot of mistakes... and doesn't try to understand the problem... it just serves any solution it thinks is proper...

if ai replaces doctors and teachers within the next 10 years, the world might lose something deeply human empathy, intuition, and the emotional connection that comes with real human care. patients may get accurate diagnses, but will they feel truly understd? students might learn facts, but without a mentor to guide and inspire them, will they develop critical thinking and real world wisdom?

the loss of human touch in these essential fields could create a society that feels efficient but emotionally disconnected. people might start relying on machnes more than relatinships, nd human skills like compssion, patience, and creativity could fade. jobs will vanish, leaving millions struggling for purpose. In the end, technology should support humanity, not replace it—because no matter how advanced ai becomes, it can’t truly feel what it means to be human...

That's a big fear that they'll use AI to support you in your role and then one day just simply flip a switch and replace you and this universal income it's like welfare so to take you out of your job and on welfare.

I dont really believe this. Treating illnesses is not black or white. It's very gray. So you do still need humans intuition.

And teacher not only teaches but also helps kids in, let's say, their problems. They are someone kids can turn to. So it's not something a machine could replace.

I think he's right, not that doctors and teachers will be eliminated but that AI will be their assistants to decrease their workload and increase their efficiency.

Even the government can largely be automated with AI. Why would the government need funding if they have the resources?
