Car charger? Any chargers that do t require cig ports? ?

I have a feeling the ports in my car are a dud. It’s an old car so what do you expect? Is there anyway I can charge my phone in the car other ways?

It's just going to be a blown fuse - easier to simply replace that, and it will cost you next to nothing.
You should be able to find which one it is (and what current rating you need) from either the vehicle handbook, a service manual (can be found online), or in some cases, markings on the fuse box itself (usually behind the glove box, but sometimes in the engine bay).
Have you tried the socket in your trunk? They're usually constant 12V, so you can run things like mini-fridges, meaning they'll be on a different circuit from the others.

If that really doesn't work (maybe it's an old mercedes, with the biodegradable wiring), then the back of your stereo head unit is probably the most accessible place to tap into (especially if it's an aftermarket stereo) - there will be both a constant 12V and a 12V that's only on when the ignition is on (obviously disconnect the battery first!).

Get some alligator clips and long wire, run them from the battery of your car through the engine compartment into your car and wire in the charing wire! Just kidding, don't do that !

How old is the car, you see if you can fix the lighter adapter?

Check with a cig lighter if the port is even active. It might be the port is fine and your charger is the dud.

I just walked into the AT&T store and asked for a car charger that uses USB. Got one for like 28 bucks. My car is a 14 year old toyota camry so I'm sure your care has USB ports.
