Are multi charging cables good to use on smartphones?

I use those to charge a number of electronics and so far, never had any issues.

The importance is not do much the cable in itself but more the charger and whether it can take the requirements of charging multiple electronics simultaneously, like one USB-C and one micro-USB device.

Make sure the cables are properly shielded.

Ok but if one of the cables on it are hard to remove on my newer phone will it damage my phone?

If it is hard to remove then either the cable is of low quality or your phone interface may be faulty.

They are super convenient for travel, but they usually charge slower because they split the power. Just make sure to buy a high-quality one from a brand like Anker so it doesn't damage your battery.
