Why do most of the phones I own have trouble charging?

Is started with the s9 plus. After a couple months of owning the phone, I had to push the charger with all my strength into the phones port in order to get it charging. Even then, it will stop the moment I take pressure off the port. I have to do that like 20 times in order for it to charge normally. Sometimes it stops charging too. I then went to the s21 fe, and the same thing started happening after a couple of months. Now i have the s25. Same thing. I don't know if im too rough with it, and damage the charging port or what, but I've never had this problem with phones In the past. I had the lg extravert back in 2013. Never had this problem. Had the iPhone 4 in 2015. Never had the problem. Had a cheaper Samsung phone in 2016, and never had this problem. Maybe today's phones are just more fragile? My mom, and sister have the same exact phones, and don't have this problem.
