My Facebook was hacked 2 times to the point I no longer go on Facebook or any app that requires a phone number to sign up. When my Facebook got hacked , Facebook wouldn’t help me whatsoever , I created another account so I could report my account being hacked , when I reported what happened to my account Facebook asked me to show identity , which I did and they still wouldn’t delete that account , Some asshole took over my profile and changed my name. I reported it like crazy and Facebook did absolutely Nothing about it until I told all my friends’ and family to report that account , then Facebook finally deleted it once they got bombarded by my friends’ and family to delete it. If you are on Facebook , I suggest you delete

No, but my computer was hacked, I have a problem with some hacker and his friends for several years.

I deleted all of my social network profiles (facebook, twitter, instagram etc), because I realized that internet is not a safe place.

Cyber-criminals are just like that - You do nothing to them, they do evil things to you.

Most of them are not doing it for money, they are doing it because they are evil people.

Even if you report them, police will usually just give them a warning (at least in my crappy country).
Perhaps police in your country is different, maybe they will punish them by the law.

No they hacked my account and I could no longer access it whatsoever, they changed my name and pretended to be me

I have heard some others say the same thing. But, FB does have a ton of scammers on it. And it doesn't do any good to report them - or the nudity and porn links- as they say no rules have been broken.

Yes my originsl gag account got hacked. I also had my Facebook account hacked which is why I no longer have a Facebook account.

My Google account was hacked by someone on China. They sent email to ask my contacts in Gmail. That was embarrassing. And I switched to 2 factor authentication
