With a Regular VCR player, al you need to do is unscrew the Cap and Clean the heads using a Cloth or Tissue paper (Sprayed with deodorant) gently wipe the heads with the sprayed Cloth or Tissue paper... however with a Tv/VCR Combo in Good working condition one cannot remove anything.. hence a Video head Cleaner is needed. Which stores can I get one from (online stores)

No just a little onto the Tissue paper not much. The Cloth/tissue paper must still be dry tho
