It depends on why you avoid it. If the goal is entertainment, no. It’s not really that big of a deal. If your goal is connection, then yeah it’s a little dumb to avoid the platforms made for that exact purpose

I only use this site and YouTube for music entertainment and discussion. I quit all other social media 6 years ago.

Not at all. It's actually smart to avoid leaving a digital record on social media. And there is no point in seeking affirmation with clicks, likes and followers.
