Anybody know how I can get pictures and recordings from my phone over to my computer?

I plugged the phone into the computer and all it does is charge the battery. I tried to e-mail this stuff over to the computer and it refuses to let me add attachments to the e-mail,

Depends on phone but Phone Link is the app that will normally do it.

When you plug the USB cable between the two devices, a menu should pop up asking what you want the cable to do. Like transfer data, charge, etc.

That's the way things are SUPPOSED to work! I never have that luxury. Things NEVER work the way they're SUPPOSED TO, with me. I just plugged it in, again. No menu popped up anywhere!!

Login with same email in phone and pc. Then upload on phone and download on PC.
