Can you recover pictures from an old phone?

Ok so I have an old cell phone and that's attached to an email and phone number that no longer exists can I still get the data off of?

It really depends on whether or not the storage on the phone is encrypted. Older phones weren't encrypted by default - you had to turn that on manually. About 3 years ago, new phones started shipping with the storage encrypted, so if you didn't know your login credentials and couldn't recover them (you no longer have access to the email account), then there is no way to recover your data.

If you didn't have a backup cloud then those images are most likely gone, I recommend Google photos to back up images in case you want to delete or change phones again

Yep if you didn't save it to a backup when you had it

if the phone isn't whipped then the data is still there its a matter of being able to crack the password or if its a really old phone and docent have an encrypted hardrive then another device/computer should be able to access the files

I did this on my wife's old phone. I sent the files to my email as an attachment. It was tedious but I got it done.
