There will always be original content on YouTube, and no one is forcing anyone to soak up AI bullshit. What AI will destroy, and it is already happening, is the music industry, or what remains of it. You already have heavy quantization, auto-tune, pitch correction, and other fakery in music, but AI will now kill off any original creativity.

What is just as sad is the idiot public will just go along with it. They already pay a fortune to watch pop stars mine to backing tracks or bluff their way through a performance with auto-tune.

AI will kill entire industries. I watched a documentary on The Monkees, who were often called "The Pre-Fab Four" in mockery of their being inspired by The Beatles. Imagine having the entire show done by AI, from the song writing, performance, and production to the screen plays to the acting. No song writers, musicians, or actors to pay. No directors or producers or crew.

Almost any job can eventually be replaced.
