To those with kids on this site do you monitor or are at least aware of what they consume online?

It just seems like we got a bit of an internet problem in this country where kids go into certain online spaces and become radicalized... so i feel like this is something we all need to get better about. Being aware of what they are consuming and if they are on troubling sites the parents should raise alarm bells and at the very least have a conversation with the kids about it.

I trusted my kids (who are now grown), but they didn't say anything worrying in conversation, either.

If your definition of "radical leftist" is not hating yourself, gays, and trans people, then I guess he was a leftist, but that's a ridiculous definition. Most Americans are in favour of same-sex marriage these days, for example.

I don't intend on having offspring, I find even marriage too much pressure, lol, so I stay single, however please note - unrelated to the specifics of your question, I think GAG should be reserved for 18 plus users only or at least some categories only accessible by those who've verified birthday as being 18 plus. And I'm not married. I personally find a single life existence to be less stressful - and I have more time for me and my friends - a wife would feel overwhelming and schedules. Life's busy enough in the 2020s nowadays - life's very busy in modern living

@Still-alive so because I have no intentions of having offspring and unlikely a wife, I voted something else aka other opinion in the poll. Because I'm not affected by needing parental locks or similar features someday, I think I'm happier as a Bachelor. Not that I have a Bachelor's Degree, I'm not smart. I just live a calm, quiet, humble existence with good friends and good hobbies. I even watch two sporting leagues.

Thankfully my kid/s are too young to be consuming online content, other than what they catch a peek at when I’m on my phone. When my kid/s are old enough to have their own access to online content, you best believe I’ll be monitoring it! There’s too much traumatising content out there to allow them free rein to view it all.
