I don't know the specs off the top of my head. Not really sure if it matters, but it was built maybe a year and a half ago. I haven't played it all that much. Just started playing it again a few days ago for the first time in like 8 months. I play mostly multiplayer games. I play a lot of killing floor 2. Well, today I was playing it, and in the middle of a game, it froze for a couple seconds, then crashed to desktop without any error message. I think it was the first time that's happened. It happened a lot on my old pc, but that was 10 years old. So I looked at event viewer. I wasn't entirely sure what i was looking at, but it said something like "application error 1,000". I don't know how concerned I should be. I went and verified the game files on steam. My graphics drivers are all up to date.

Well based on your previous question about having high ping, it sounds like your PC can’t keep up with killing floor 2, so either get a better PC or play less demanding games. Killing floor 2 crashes when whatever you’re playing on can’t handle it. I played killing floor 2 all the time on my ps4, then one day it wouldn’t stop crashing and it turned out my consoles hard drive was screwed.
The ping thing is no longer an issue. I know that my pc should be able to handle it. Maybe a part is failing.
