Desktop.
I want to separate work and time off work.
At home is searching anything I need or working on documents - eg. taxes - is work.
I want to relax at home. I am not a gamer.
So I only use the PC if I must.
I want a good ergonomic keyboard and mouse.
Console is too expensive only for games. I have a player for disks.
I dont want a monthly or yearly payment.
Yes console makes you have subsciption for yearly. Like forcing
